This Privacy Policy explains how Snake Maze: Infinite (the "App"), published by Vincent Yang (the "Developer", "we", "us"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
The App itself does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name or email. Your high scores and settings (difficulty, colour scheme, control choice) are saved only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Advertising
The App displays a banner advertisement using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect certain information, including a device advertising identifier, IP address, and general app-usage and device data. This data is used to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure ad performance.

Your choices
- Reset or limit ad tracking: on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; on Android, Settings → Google → Ads (reset or delete your advertising ID).
- EEA/UK (GDPR): where required, you'll be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to or deletion of personal information and opt out of its "sale/sharing" for ads by contacting us.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Ad-related data is processed by Google AdMob as described above. We do not share data with any other third parties.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data transmitted for ads is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
